Go Team!

We are a sporto family, depending on the season we like to watch Michigan win (especially when they play Notre Dame), check in on the Buffs to see who they should not be losing to, Dallas to see if Romo is going to choke or carry the team, even though the Red Wings lost a bunch of guys to other teams we still root for them. Saw a game in the Joe Louis Arena and it was awesome. Always hoping Phil will make it to Sunday and be the last to putt out and Glen watches Mark Martin make left turns (I check in about every 100 laps or so)and whenever we go to Phoenix we are always looking to see if the Dimondbacks or The Suns are playing - just a good excuse to go to Cooperstown again. Yes, we did see Alice Cooper there doing a photo shoot. Did you know he is married to a soccer mom and lives in the burbs?

Gotta love Calvin

I have always loved diving into a Calvin and Hobbes book. You cannot have a bad day after reading this comic. The funny, and yet another amazing, thing is that my husband is also a big fan and now we have 2 of each book.

The kids

Off to a great start - pics of Seth and Sydney. Seth just had a Harry Potter 6th birthday. We got lucky with the weather-cloudy and rainy the day before and after, but sunny on his day. Big development occurred when Seth took off on his bike without training wheels. He now says it is better because it is faster. I think this is just the beginnning. The picture of Sydney is what she likes to do best on the changing table - squiggle, squirm, flip and flop.

Okay family and friends I am getting on the band wagon and starting a blog to keep everyone updated on home improvement, growing kids, and life in general. It was either this or a myspace site. More to come as I learn more about this whole part of the computer world.
